As Managing Director, Dave takes overall responsibility for Tara & Co and Student Homes, working with our entire team to deliver both high levels of service for landlords and tenants, and continued growth for our business.
Naina Kazmi
Finance Director
Naina joined the senior Tara and Co team as Finance Director, having previously spent 12 years supporting the business in an advisory capacity. As a highly qualified and experienced accountant, Naina drives forward the strategic financial direction for our business. Naina enjoys yoga to help her relax after all that number-crunching and is a mum to two children.
Olga Reynolds
Operations Manager
With experience across lettings and property valuation, Olga is known for delivering high standards of customer service and has a superb knowledge of the latest lettings legislation. Olga’s thorough approach to her work and love for a process means she’s able to support the entire Tara & Co team to deliver a stress-free experience to clients. When she’s not dissecting the latest legislation, Olga loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Luke Jackson
Senior Lettings Advisor
Luke has worked in the property industry for over eight years and in that time, has built up great knowledge of the local area. With experience across student lettings, residential lettings, sales and property valuations, Luke can support our customers across all aspects of the property market. Out of work, Luke loves spending time with his family and friends, country pubs, log walks and supporting his beloved Arsenal F.C.
Emily Kelly
Head of Property Management
Starting her property career in sales and lettings back in 2016, Emily has more recently focused on property management. In her role at Tara & Co, Emily leads the property management department in streamlining processes and improving the service experienced by both tenants and landlords alike. Despite having a full-time role here at Tara & Co, somehow Emily still manages to squeeze in working for her beloved Coventry City Football Club, as well as spending time with friends and family.
Tom Middleton
Lettings Advisor
Tom joined Tara & Co in 2022, having gained experience in a sales environment. Tom thrives when he can directly influence customer satisfaction and enjoys face-to-face interaction with clients. With an energetic outlook, Tom is always keen to expand his property knowledge and learn something new about the industry.
Jack Carver
Lettings Manager
Jack has been with us since 2019, so as our lettings manager, he knows our properties inside and out. Jack works with the rest of our lettings team to help make sure our properties are let as quickly as possible, and that tenants have a home they will be happy in. With a young family at home, Jack likes to spend the time he does get to himself playing and coaching football.
Sophie Wood
Lettings Advisor
Since joining Tara & Co in 2023, Sophie has used her previous experience in property and attending University herself, to embrace her role and help student tenants find their ideal home each year. Her bubbly personality is contagious and her empathetic nature leaves customers feeling heard. Outside of work, Sophie is a creative who produces her own music and art pieces in between planning her own wedding.
Rahul Sadana
Property Admin Manager
Rahul holds a degree in commerce stream and handled all of Tara & Co’s outsourced processes until he moved across to the UK in 2023 to take up the role of Property Admin Manager, so he offers great experience in handling queries and helping property handovers run as smoothly as possible. A keen traveller, Rahul also enjoys music and keeping up to date with his favourite sportsmen, Roger Federer and Virat Kohli.
Mathew Brady
Senior Property Manager
With experience of lettings negotiation, valuation and property management which includes 400 bedrooms within Purpose-built Student Accommodation, Mat’s 18 years in the industry mean he’s perfectly placed as our Senior Property Manager, looking after a portfolio of Student and Residential properties.
Out of work, Mat loves the gym, spending time with his family and long walks with his dog.
Connor Clarke
Residential Lettings Advisor
Conner joined Tara & Co in 2023 having spent seven years working across both sales and lettings in Coventry. With great knowledge of the property industry, Conner is well-placed to help clients and tenants across our residential lettings, including any property management queries. Connor can normally be found either playing or watching sports in his spare time or working out where he’s going to explore next.
