RENT COLLECTION 7% + VAT - deducted from rent

Collection of deposit to retain under TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
The collection of rent as specified on the tenancy agreement
The swift transfer (via BACS) of rent into your bank account, along with a statement of each transaction

Ensure all gas/furniture and any houses in multiple occupation (HMO) comply with all government regulations
